I'm in my 18th year as a real estate broker here in Washington state. I live in the Tri-Cities of Washington and am busy building my real estate business here. A large portion of my business in my former location came from finding and selling homes for real estate investors. Mainly fix and flips but some buy and hold as well. With the experience of being involved in approximately 15 successful flips in the past, I'm ready to start investing on my own here. Looking to meet like minded individuals in my local area with common goals. I joined this site because you can never have too much knowledge or too many friends. Experience: I ran a profitable small brokerage of 5 agents plus myself while on the West Side of the state prior to moving to the Tri Cities. In addition to managing the brokerage, which requires Olympic class problem solving skills at times, I personally worked almost exclusively with real estate investors. Wholesalers, Re-habbers and buy and hold investors were my clients. I understand the process of listing, buying and rehabbing REO, Short Sale and HUD homes well. Real Estate Goals: My end real estate goals are both simple and common. I want to acquire enough residential and multi family positive cash flowing properties to allow my wife and I to retire. I plan to accomplish this goal by helping other investors reach their investment goals as a Realtor, to rehab my own properties and ultimately purchase positive cash flowing properties of my own. Currently Seeking: Currently, I have 2 specific needs: 1. I'm looking for serious, well funded/financed real estate investors in SE Washington that can move quickly on the residential and multi family investment opportunities I find. To accomplish this goal, I plan to network, represent, partner with and generally be a successful part of the investment team. 2. Looking for private lenders for my own personal investing as well as to augment my existing investor client's buying power. I am NOT looking to represent wholesalers in search of properties at this time but would like to know of any local deals you have.
