WHO AM I: I am in my 30's with a wife and two very young sons. I currently work as a substitute para for the Centralia School District, surviving paycheck to paycheck and broke during the summer. I enjoy chess and anything that forces me to think. I am not always good, but that doesn't stop me from learning. EXPERIENCE: Minimal to none. I bought a house several years back and then a year ago sold it and doubled what I had into it. Realize now... I should have rented it out and Refinanced it. Live and learn. GOAL: I have two goals. - One is to find an OK to good deal and go for it. I feel it doesn't have to be great as long as I ran the numbers myself and it is cash flowing. This is mostly just to get me into the game rather than watching from the side lines. - Two is to buy another 4 properties within a year from refinancing the first deal. Probably single or small multi family homes. Though I have a feeling an apartment building would be ideal eventually.
