Entrepreneur with a full time day job, a hobby business, and a brewery. I currently invest in small multi family units, but am expanding to small apartment complexes and vacation rentals. Experience: I have completed 6 small multi family buy and hold deals since 2015. All of these deals are BRRR deals. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to maximize my time through the use of the BRRR strategy, where investments and return on capital make sense. Aspiring to get to a 100 unit portfolio in 5 years.
