Brian Bond

I'm a 25 y/o working in the hospitality industry. My end goal is to own a small investment company that owns and operates small hotels, inns, and apartment complexes. I believe that my first step into this industry will be through 1) learning more about the hospitality industry (my passion is food and beverage!) an 2) beginning to invest in multifamily properties well before my 30th before (it's sneaking up on me faster than I would have imagined). I'm looking to network with young -and old- real estate and hospitality professionals in the Philadelphia market in hopes of learning, contributing, and meeting ambitious people whose goals align with my own.
