About myself
Hi everyone! I am a professional educator (vice principal) by day and a real estate investor in my spare time. I currently live in Asbury Park, own a rental in Brick NJ, another in Toms River, NJ and am looking to pick up my next rental (buy and hold/BRRR) in the next few months. I am also an enlisted member of the Air National Guard, with 20+ years service to the United States Air Force.
