Brian Wojcik

Real estate was a second career. After eight years in property management, I've created a new software company to help the help the Do It Yourself landlord, with an emphasis on knowledge and education. My first career I worked in engineering and construction management for James Hardie Building products. Then, as a VP of Service North America and had $17M P&L responsibility. I wanted my own company and chose real estate as that vehicle, and that effort has led me down a couple of different paths within the industry.
