About myself
I'm a technology guy looking to build an investment portfolio of SFH and Multi-family properties in the Columbus and Dayton, Ohio markets. Experience: Part time real estate investor, full time technology sales guy and full time husband and father. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking to add roughly 5 single family homes per year to my portfolio in order to build passive wealth for retirement. Currently Seeking: Smaller Multi-family and Single Family Homes in the Dayton Ohio market. Interested in networking with other like minded investors and lenders.
