Brian Andrews

I live in the Oak Ridge, TN area. I love taking run down properties and restoring them to safe, affordable, and functional living residencies. I am a very hands, doing much of the work myself. I am looking to learn more about how to only do the amount of work I like doing, as I absolutely hate finish work such as drywall and painting. I am married and have four children. I am active in the local church. I am an engineer by degree, and have an MBA. I work full-time and plan to continue in my profession as it is the best for my family right now. I have three day weekends which I utilize some of the time doing soccer with the kids and rehabbing or buying my next property.
