My wife and I moved out to Colorado Springs in May of 2022 after selling my shares in a successful one-location automotive electronics store to pursue our dream of financial independence through real estate! I earned my Colorado Real Estate license to give me an advantage in finding our next home to live in flip/hold, and to help others find financial freedom through investment real estate! I am passionate about house hacking and hope to have our lower level STR up and running in the next month or so. I seem to learn something new every day in the real estate business and I am excited to help others along their path to freedom and see where this journey takes us!
