About myself
I am originally from Lexington, Kentucky - living in Washington, DC now. I started my investing journey by purchasing a SFH rental property on the campus of the University of Kentucky. I now own 34 units across Kentucky ranging from SFH's to smaller multi-family properties In my second deal, I partnered with my brother to rehab a 22 unit apartment in Las Vegas I have also passively invested in two syndicated deals in Lexington KY - 312 units I work for a CRE tech platform that specializes in insurance savings by shopping policies to 100s of agencies saving investors an average of 15-20%.
