My wife and I are building a rental portfolio in East Texas. Currently we have 17 doors (all of them in Tyler), including an 8-unit apartment building. We are focused on East Texas but open to invest in other areas. Our goal is to slowly move into larger multi-family. I lead a men’s movement in our region and love to write, fish, and grow stuff.
