Investing in single family properties around the country (USA). Experience: I currently have four properties for the purpose of buy and hold rental real estate. I live in California, so I buy properties in other states that are more landlord friendly and the ROI is higher. Real Estate Goals: Obtain multiple rental properties until I'm financially free. Interested in single family and multifamily properties. Also interested in mobile home properties.
