Hello fellow BP's My name is Brian D. and I have been raising my family in Ipswich for 13+ years. Myself and a partner decided 2 years ago to wet our feet in the flipping business (part time) in order to generate enough profit to invest in multi unit investment properties. We recently sold our 4th flip and close in a few days on a large 5-unit investment home in downtown Ipswich which we plan to hold. We are looking to build our buy-and-hold portfolio as well as continue flipping SFR's in Ipswich and surrounding towns on the North Shore of Boston. We are open to any and all advice, suggestions and partner deals with seasoned investors, wholesalers and realtors. Im also looking to build relationships / friendships with other local investors / landlords to share advice, deals and contacts in the industry.
