I am a 58 year African American male with 35 year experience with the City Fire Department. I also have 6 years Military experience. I have 2 rental properties making positive cash flow. I am a newbee and I am eager to learn how to be a growing and successful real estate investor. Hopefully I will retire this year and devote my time to full time investing.
