Brian Flint

I am currently a Fire Captain with the Ventura City Fire Department. This is my full time passion and I have been honored to serve the community for almost 20 years. I am happily married with 3 wonderful children and I strive each day to make them proud. I have had success in real estate when I purchased out of state properties in Arizona in 2009 and 2010. Time magazine had a headline "It's Better to Rent than Own". That was the day I decided to go against the masses and invest. We have since sold those properties and focused on raising a family. We used the profits to buy our dream home in Santa Rosa Valley. Currently I am looking for out of state investment properties that cash flow following a rehab. I am interested in any market that provides equity, cash flow, and most importantly a market that I can build an outstanding team with. People are the most essential asset in any organization. I surf when I have time, ride mountain bikes and spend time with my kids teaching them everything I know. Looking forward to the next opportunity!
