Brian Goodling

Hello all, I am a full time Civil Engineer that is currently spending all his time designing and rehabilitating airports in the Southeast US. However, from a young age I had a deep interest in money and real estate. I've never had the means to go out and purchase a rental property until now, and am fully committed to making real estate my early retirement vehicle. I live in Tampa, FL and have built a solid base to really begin to expand my investing future. I currently own 3 properties (2 SFH and 1 duplex) and I'm focusing on long-term buy and hold rentals with either SF or MF properties. When I'm not doing design work you can find me tending to my hydroponics system or playing some video games on my computer.
