My wife and I are part-time investors. After a few years of corporate America, we both decided we prefer to be our own bosses. So now, we each run our own businesses and keep pretty busy with our three kiddos. Being self-employed, we have to leverage our finances for our retirement, and we are both interested in REI. Experience: We bought our first rental in 2012, we have invested very conservatively. This year, we decided we would like to ramp-up our REI. Real Estate Goals: My goal is to be financially independent by age 45. I don't necessarily want to retire, however in my small business, I don't get PTO so over the next 10-15 years, I'd like to create large enough cash flow and equity to allow myself to have some flexibility to spend more time with my family. Currently Seeking: Excellent buy and holds with >10 Cap.
