Brian Ichikawa

I have been involved with Real Estate for the last 20 years. My mother and father worked up to owning Apartment complexes and other rental properties. Along the way, I learned how to put deals together with very creative financing. I am a huge racing fan. I follow F1, Indycar, NASCAR and love racing shifter karts. You meet a lot of interesting people at the track. I met a lot of people there that I continue to do business with years later. Community and relationships are important. Technology has its place, but it hard to replace face to face interaction. Hopefully getting involved with Bigger Pockets community leads to more face to face interaction.
