Brian Keeler

I’m an investor based in Boulder, CO with experience in finance and a growing focus on multifamily acquisitions. Since 2018 I’ve been building my knowledge of underwriting, market analysis, and deal structure, and I’m now actively pursuing B/C class properties in A/B neighborhoods, starting with the Dallas–Fort Worth market. My goal is to underwrite at least 50 deals in the coming months as I work toward my first acquisition. I’m looking to connect with brokers, lenders, attorneys, and property managers who know the DFW market and want to build long-term relationships.
