Brian Kelch

Full-time career firefighter. Associates degree in architectural drafting and design. Spent my drafting career in the roof truss industry staring at residential blueprints and designing roof systems. Have a pretty good idea of what to fix and how to fix, not strong on the how much to fix. Interested in BRRRR, Flipping and maybe dabble in some wholesale, but PA makes that a little harder. Looking to build a strong network of agents, attorneys and possibly partners. My main markets of interest are South Central PA (ie. Adams Co., York Co.) and Northern Md (ie. Frederick Co., Carroll Co.) This is certainly not an exclusive list and I'm open to any great deal!
