I live in Brooklyn, NY, but after much research, I've targeted Detroit, MI and Hartford, CT as my markets for a multitude of reasons. I am a proponent of the BRRRR method, and I am in the market for distressed properties that I can buy in cash, renovate, refinance, and rent out for the long term. Would love to network with other investors in DET as well as agents with experience in BRRRR, property managers and contractors.
