Rental Property Investor
I started purchasing Real Estate in February 2011. I have owned, repaired, rented, and sold property in California, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. I have been focusing the majority of my rental investing in Virginia, but I am always looking for new areas to invest. I prefer single family residential properties and small multi family (2-4 units).
