We have purchased, rehabbed and sold properties in 7 states and have worked on everything from SFRs to converting a hotel on Lake Tahoe into a 10 unit Airbnb. Multiple families and rentals are also a huge passion. Started an 80 unit condo development last year and excited to work on something so large!
