I own my own Property Management Company in the Trenton/ Belleville, Ontario area and I've recently received my Real Estate license, working through Century 21. Experience: My parents bought their first rental property when I was young. It was 12 units that needed A LOT of work, so we put ton's of sweat equity into them. Over the years they bought and sold many more properties, some were flips, one they wholesaled and some were buy & holds. One property they actually owned twice! I'm now part owner in the real estate that they currently own, including the original 12. Purchased my first investment property on my own in March 2017! It's 2 houses on 1 lot with some pretty decent cash flow. My husband and I closed on our first primary residence together October 2017 and are fully renting out his previous house hack. Real Estate Goals: I'm looking to build my Property Management business and I also want to take my part-time investing to full time. Interested in buy & hold as well as flips in Ontario. Also interested in new builds as I'm looking into tearing down 4 out of the original 12 to build 8-10 townhouses. Currently Seeking: Looking for buy & hold's in Ontario
