I'm currently active duty Army, but transitioning out in May 2016. I'm new to REI. I began my journey in the summer of 2015. I am interested in buy and hold real estate investing, but interested in pursuing other options as well. My husband and I are relocating to Oahu, Hawaii and we are looking to purchase a SFH as well as connect with other investors.
