I specialize in buying distressed assets as either paper or property for a profit. For non-performing assets, I buy from the bank loan files from which they have not been able to collect payments and then we either acquire the property or modify the loan for the monthly cash flow. We provide smaller players the opportunity to be involved like institutional buyers. We enjoy taking on the role of the bank because it is so much easier than owning and managing property while being highly profitable because we acquire the paper asset at such deep discounts and have the resources and team in place to then convert the note to REO status. We practice these strategies with both residential and commercial real estate.
