My wife and I have been passive investors (buying a primary residence each duty location we were stationed at and turning them into rental properties when we moved) for several years now. Now, we want to expand our portfolio and gain the financial freedom we want for our family. Our goal in 2020 is to add at least 4 new units to our portfolio and use that momentum to increase even more in 2021.
