I've been an entrepreneur since a teen. In high school I would sell snacks to my baseball team to support children from world vision and local churches, I guess you could say I've always had a knack for selling stuff and have always had a giving heart for my community and people less fortunate. After high school I earned my stripes in sales at call centers, learned how to deal with people in network marketing and started an auto detail business. My wife and I were new to investing- We had been saving up for a rental house for years and finally bought one from a friend that had been trying to sell their 2nd house for months. For some reason they couldn't find a buyer at 6k, so we bought it and purposed to rent it out. We ending up not having the amount money we needed to rehab it and didn't want to go into debt on it, so after making sure my friend was ok with me selling it, I listed it for 8k and had a buyer in less than a week. I didn't even know what wholesaling was back then- lol, but I accidentally closed my first "deal". That was 6 years ago. After that, I realized that I'd have to have alot more money to achieve my goal, so i went to welding school for 4.5 months, bought a travel trailer, started my own welding business, and my wife and two children traveled the US welding so we can have capital to fund our own investments and actually make our real estate goals come true. I'm proud to say that we FINALLY bought a foreclosure and rehabbed it! It took a lot longer than it should have as our first contractor swindled us about 20k, but we learned alot about what not to do with contractors, and I got a crash course in construction as I ended up hiring my own crew and did the work myself. We bought the house for 55k, put 90k into it, and sold for 190k. SUCCESS! This was a hard and slow process for my family and me as we traveled all over the U.S. for welding but it was worth the struggle of living in a travel trailer to attain our real-estate goals. 2018 I've now been licenced as a realtor for 6 months and have closed over 2 million in sales. I've also purchased another flip, and my first rental property. I'm looking to purchase more rentals. 2019 I decided to go back and weld for over more year to knock out debt. I purchased flip number 3. 2020 In July I got serious about in investing. I went from 0 rentals to 3 in July. In the last part of August I went under contract on 9 sfr's. The sfr's needed work, so I have hired a crew to complete the repairs. 2021 Pink Homes Real Estate ✅ Helped 103 clients buy/sell their home ✅ Gave away 80 backpacks filled w/ supplies ✅ Paid for over 100 haircuts for the community ✅ Sold 15,730,638 worth of Real estate ✅ Added a full-time employee ✅ Helped several invest in their 1st investment Pink Homes Investments ✅ Added 19 doors as rentals ✅ Added 1,157,280 in assets ✅ Bought 1st and 2nd duplex ✅ Under contract on 40 unit complex ✅ Added 11,685 Gross Rent / month ✅ Flipped 8 houses / FLOPPED 1 ✅ Completed 6 1031 exchanges ✅ Added 2 full-time employees 2022 Jan - April ✅ 79 total doors owned ✅ closed 1st apartment complex (40 hud unit) ✅ 9 full time employees - (7 construction/ 1 admin/ 1 acquisitions ✅ Acquired 63 doors ✅ 4 1031 exchanges ✅ 4 flips ✅ starting first historic tax credit job ✅ Opened 1st short term rental ✅ Bought 6 more short term rentals Want 100 doors by end of year / 30k / month net income off rentals.
