Brian Person

Hello. My name is Brian Person. I am new to the world of Real Estate Investing and am eager to learn as much as possible. I have been a loan officer in the mortgage industry for four years, but am taking a break due to some life events that have happened in the past year. Having been a part of the industry since college, I have always wanted to get into the rental and flipping market. Over the past few months my Dad and I created a partnership and have purchased 5 properties, with a 6th under contract, which will give us a total of 13 units. All of these properties are in a steady C class area and mostly under $50k.
