Hello, My W2 job is in healthcare (Pharmacist/hospital administration), My wife (educator) and I partnered with my brother-in-law and his wife to invest in RE. We have an LLC and own three condos in Charlotte NC. We are planning to grow and possibly add multi-family properties to increase cash flow. I am 50 years old and wish I started much sooner...I almost did, but that's a different story. I also think it's very important to let our three children experience RE investing and learn from all of our mistakes/successes. I'm planning to develop some generational wealth over the next 10-15 years.
