Husband, father, DIYer (happier than I look — promise) Experience: I graduated from The Master’s College with a BA in Communication and aspirations for the graphic design industry. Whilst not finding an immediate avenue in design, I kept the lights on by picking up odd jobs. The bill-paying endeavors began with handyman work in the Santa Clarita area. I then moved to Sacramento, and worked for a GC on residential flips and new construction in the greater El Dorado county region. With over ten years experience in the trades, I now live in Oceanside and perform various maintenance duties for the Harbor District. Real Estate Goals: 1. Generate passive income that will one day support full-time REI 2. Finish our flip by the end of 2018 3.
