Brian Recinos

I'm the owner of Evolution Drywall & Remodeling, based in the Treasure Valley, Idaho. Since 2018, I've worked alongside real estate investors, property managers, and restoration companies on everything from individual repairs to complete property renovations. I've managed investor flips across multiple states, including single-family homes, duplexes, manufactured homes, and commercial spaces. My experience includes coordinating crews, managing timelines, solving unexpected problems, and getting properties ready for resale or rental. Drywall is our specialty, but our work goes well beyond that. We handle full remodels, reconstruction after fire and water damage, framing, flooring, painting, finish work, and more. We're based in Idaho and serve local homeowners and businesses, but we're also willing to travel nationwide for the right investment or restoration project. I'm always interested in connecting with investors, property owners, and other professionals who value dependable work, good communication, and getting projects across the finish line.
