Former cpa, transitioned to commercial r/e and business brokerage with a focus on restaurant property (leasing and acquisition). Live, play, and work in the Sacramento area. As an avid cyclist, the Folsom /EDHills are some of the best places to ride. Currently I find myself spending most of my time with 'investors' looking for value-add properties in the $500k to $1m range, both in commercial strip centers, some multi-family, and restaurant real estate (mostly single tenant free-standing restaurant buildings).
