New to real estate. Bought first property at the end of 2023 in Greensboro, NC. About to move out and turn it into a rental and seeking to move to a new market. Main goal is building my portfolio right now and seeking cashflow over appreciation currently. Currently looking for a house hack, but open to BRRRR SFH and multi-family.
