I am new to the Reno area, looking to get started investing in rental properties and flips. I would like to find a partner who has been in the game and knows what they are doing. I have some spare change and a good amount of extra time, just no experience in the process of buying rentals and knowing what to look for, but very willing to learn! I do have a lot of experience in property management in the commercial industry, as a facilities manager for 10+ years.
