Started in REI utilizing the BRRR strategy on a duplex in Houston, TX; which in 2023 evolved into 5 successful SFH fix-and-flips and 2 for sale duplex new construction projects. Beginning my Realtor career serving luxury high-end homebuyers and downsizers, my career seamlessly progressed to assisting my clients interested in investing in real estate. In 2024 our wholesale business made upwards of HALF A MILLION in revenue nationwide, and as a Realtor, I completed over $3.5 million in transaction volume.
