Brian Terry

I'm 40 years old, father of 2 boys (9 and 6) and have a beautiful wife Kelli. I started on BP 5 years ago and started reading several books, listening to tons of podcasts, and studying the local real-estate market daily. I have just finished my 2nd flip and we have 2 rent houses that we did BRRRR on. I come from a background remodeling houses so I run my own rehabs. I need to follow through with my dreams and be successful enough in real estate investing to do full time!!! My wife got her Real Estate license 2 years ago as well as keeping her full time job. She has now done 5 deals on the side with her RE license. We originally had a goal to buy a house per year but now I have no choice but to put more time and money into marketing and set a new goal to buy 1 house before February and 2 more by the end of 2021. To help achieve this I'd love to meet a partner that is compatible and looking to scale also!!
