Brian holds a criminal justice degree from Del Tech, a psychology degree from the University of Delaware and a law degree from Delaware Law School. His Wilmington legal practice has earned him a reputation as a terrific civil litigator. Sheila is a local real estate agent committed to serving her clients with the highest degree of commitment and professionalism. Together, their spirited individualism and dynamic partnership fuels their passion for quality renovations. When they’re not planning their next great flip, Sheila and Brian enjoy exotic travel and backyard gardening, as well as pushing each other to knock out personal goals. Real Estate Goals: Our goal is to purchase 25 houses in 2017. No skinny deals! 2017 will be an interesting year to watch the market carefully. We plan to leverage our existing network of referral sources to achieve this goal, as well as developing new relationships. We are more interested in getting deals that fit our criteria and numbers than just buying houses to meet a goal, but we are aiming for 25.
