I am a co-owner of 2 real estate investment companies. We focus on wholesales, flips, and buy and hold strategies for 1-4 unit properties and small to medium sized apartment complexes. After leaving the military and defense sector in 2017 I fell into the construction management space. My current W-2 is the development of capital cost estimates for wind, transmission, and substation developments. Projects range anywhere from $10MM to $30B.
