I am a new RE investor from the Bay Area. I currently work a full time job and am devoting my spare time to learning and networking to prepare for my first purchase. I partner with my father who has done a couple deals locally and is looking to expand. We would like to do buy and hold and flip deals in the San Francisco Bay Area cities.
