I'm a licensed architect starting my investing career in Kanas City, my hometown. Currently I work for a boutique development firm in NYC where I act as both architect and acquisitions associate. I have experience with large scale mixed-use projects. I know building code, NYC's complex zoning, and how to underwrite large mixed-use development projects that utilize affordable housing benefits and tax abatements.
