I am an enthusiastic member of the Northern MN community - the Northland! In my free time I enjoy improving my rental properties, catching live local music with my husband, chasing after my kids and digging up real estate leads. I started in real estate working as a real estate and probate paralegal, and became fascinated by the inner workings of real estate transactions and the financial freedom it afforded to savvy investors. I wanted an opportunity to work closer with clients, help them arrive at the finish line quicker and with less hassle. I also aimed to grow and expand my knowledge base of real estate so I too could one day become financially independent. With encouragement from friends and family, I launched into real estate sales in 2015. With the growing demands of my real estate business, I launched my real estate team Kuschel Realty Group in 2020, and after 4 record setting years as a real estate team, my business partner Krysti Gillman and I launched our own real estate brokerage in 2024 - Kuschel Realty Group LLC. I specialize in probate sales, luxury waterfront and investment related transactions. I am an active investor and proudly serve as President of the Duluth Landlord Association (covering Northern MN). We love helping educate clients, friends and family through real estate sales and acquisitions.
