I currently invest in multifamily properties in "C" areas. My main goal is to acquire a 10 properties within 10 years and possibly more! I just started out last year and I already have 2 multifamily properties. I always liked the idea of investing in real estate, but I was too scared of the unkowns. I eventually overcame my fear and I have no regrets, even when I have to deal with annoying tenants (which I've learned how to manage better now).
