I am a real estate investor, I purchased my first home in 2022 and am house hacking in the Las Vegas area. I am originally from the midwest and have 1 LTR in Michigan, 1 STR in Las Vegas and 1 STR in WV. Looking for a STR arbitrage for my next deal. I currently work in healthcare in Las Vegas. My goal is to create more passive income to allow me more time outside and with my family. Aiming for a small but mighty portfolio, and working towards educating myself through BP and excited for what is in store!
