Britt Willingham

I am a dedicated and forward-thinking young professional eager to advance my career in the quickly growing and fast-paced Charleston real estate environment. My professional career has exposed me to many aspects of project management, specifically client communication, strategic planning, budget tracking, and process improvements. My passion for real estate investment began by working hand-in-hand with my father and grandfather constructing and building the house I grew up in, from the concrete slab all the way up to the shingles. Along the way, I was taught how to manage a construction project effectively and gained valuable hands-on experience that has prepared me for a job in construction and renovation. I pride myself on my ability to never overlook a detail, and I do not accept subpar results when I know excellence is the only option. I have the knowledge and language to speak with contractors and vendors to get each job done correctly, and most importantly, on budget. I am unlike many other 25 year old's in todays world. I am fully confident in stating that I am one of the hardest working, passionate and innovative people you would meet for my age. I have the proven ability to work well with others, operate under stress and deadline, take control in group environments and keep myself and others organized and on task. These skills and others have prepared me for taking my career even further into new areas that cater more to my true passions: home renovation.
