I consider myself a businessman and entrepreneur, but my passion is real estate. I have been in real estate since graduating college in 2003. I am licensed Realtor and a active investor. I specialize in finding value add real estate and maximizing value by improving the conditon and management operations. My team and I are currently working with a number of investors to help strategically grow their portfolio. We are always hunting for deals both on and off market. Our focus is in both single family homes and multifamily propertyprimarily in B class submarkets of Kansas City. We are always available to educate and assist investors to reaching their financial goals. We have great connections with lenders, contractors and management.
