Have a drive for success and want to help others so i can build the most solid network of like minded entrepreneurs and make friends along the way. I think differently and thats what i love about REI. I am a Real Estate agent with Prime Real Estate Group and have an amazing group of co workers and an outstanding mentor/managing broker. I was medically retired from the Air Force in 2017 and pushed REI to full time. My wife and I want to take over the world and scoop as much real estate as possible to pass on to our kids and teach them the right way to work for a living. I have failed and made mistakes. Once i have realized an error was made it forced me to succeed and get me and my family to where we are today. Life is systematic, if a person can achive greatness based on their actions then I only need to duplicate those actions. Experience: Buy and hold, flip, raw land. BRRRR. I also build things on the side for new patents. I love to tinker. I build off grid solar systems for fun and create forms of power generation. Real Estate Goals: Do flips for cash and buy appartment buildings for long term wealth. I want to go in with someone on an investment of any kind. Start a brewery within a year Buy land, get SBA or any loan, build new and sell or rent. Full spectrum understanding of wealth. Achieve 10 units with at least 5-7% cash flow. Meet Brandon turner.
