About myself
Realtor 17+ years ( Oregon Lic. ) previously full time in CA, then OR. Prior to RE I was a wholesale lender for 3 years. Closed a couple flips in upstate SC in 2021. Just moved to Nashville area in search of what's next in RE. Looking to meet up with other investors and flippers ( not a large volume flipper) in Nashville - ( Henderson Gallatin and in the Southern Region. Also, interested in Clarksville and Columbia as well.
