Rental Property Investor
Met my husband while we were both getting architecture degrees. I purchased my first investment property in 2017, a vacation rental my husband and I fully renovated and began renting on Airbnb. Closed on second property in VT February 2020 and am currently live-in renovating it. Plan to cash out refinance property 1 for more funds to renovate property 2 , then cash out refinance to build property 3. All short term rentals.
