I’m a licensed Realtor and lender specializing in investor-focused real estate financing I am located in Metro Detroit, but can lend in almost all 48 states. I’m passionate about helping clients build wealth through real estate by providing both expert guidance and financing solutions under one roof. Through Level Up Capital, I assist investors with purchasing, refinancing, and scaling their portfolios using programs such as DSCR loans, fix & flip financing, bridge loans, cash-out refinances, and short-term rental financing. As both a Realtor and lender, I’m able to help clients navigate the entire investment process from finding the right property to securing the right funding strategy.
